Partner Care Energizer

At Cloud Factory, we are growing fast and need dedicated three Partner Care Energizers to strengthen our Partner Care Team in the Netherlands, Germany, and Finland. 

You will play a key role in welcoming new partners and making sure they are ready to collaborate with Cloud Factory. From executing structured onboarding processes to handling frontline support and building strong relationships, your energy and professionalism will help partners feel connected and supported.

Although you will be based locally, you will collaborate closely with colleagues across all Cloud Factory markets, ensuring strong alignment and seamless cross-border teamwork.

Responsibilities

Onboarding

Deliver a structured and welcoming onboarding experience for new partners.

Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to ensure quick activation.

Prepare partners to work effectively with the Cloud Factory platform.

Frontline Support

Handle incoming calls and respond to tickets via the Service Desk system.

Act as the first point of contact for operational issues (e.g., license changes).

Prefer calling over long emails – be approachable and energetic.

Build and maintain a solid knowledge base of our products and Microsoft technologies.

Relationship Management

Regularly reach out to a defined group of partners in collaboration with Sales.

Ensure partners feel heard and connected to Cloud Factory.

Share insights from partner conversations with internal teams.

Your Skills and Competencies

  • Microsoft Knowledge: Experience with Office 365, Teams, Azure.
  • IT Support Experience: Familiarity with helpdesk processes and ticketing systems.
  • Commercial Insight: Customer focus and ability to spot upsell opportunities.
  • Communication Skills: Proactive calling, clear explanations, active listening.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Sales and internal teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to structure onboarding and support processes.
