Yes. License transfers are downtime-free and auto-renewals stay intact during the move. Most partners report that customers don't notice anything has changed.

What licenses can I transfer to Cloud Factory?

You can transfer all your Microsoft cloud licenses, like Microsoft 365, Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and security products. 

You can also bring your Adobe and other cloud vendor subscriptions across to the same portal.

We make sure your existing licenses expire with your current distributor and remove auto-renew, so you avoid double payment during the switch.

What is a Microsoft Distributor (Indirect Provider)?

A Microsoft Distributor (aka Indirect Provider) is a distributor with a direct agreement with Microsoft to sell Microsoft cloud services through the channel.
