Partner Account Manager - Benelux

At Cloud Factory, we are expanding rapidly in the Benelux market, and we need a results-driven Partner Account Manager who can identify, acquire, and activate new partners. 

Your mission is clear: bring in new business, onboard partners fast, and make sure they see real value in working with Cloud Factory.

You'll be part of our three-person team in our Hilversum, NL office.

Responsibilities

Partner Development & Onboarding

Develop and execute strategies to identify and onboard new partners in the Benelux market. 

Partner Relationship Management 

Manage, nurture, and grow existing partner relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.

Market & Competitive Analysis

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and partner feedback to influence product and service offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to incorporate partner feedback and coordinate joint campaigns effectively.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on partner performance, challenges, and market insights.

Partner Enablement & Support

Conduct regular reviews with partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources, training, and support to be successful.

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner account management, sales, or business development – preferable from the cloud or SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Benelux market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, market trends, and partner feedback to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute joint initiatives.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
