Cloud Factory is on an exciting growth journey across Europe, and we are now looking for a Partner Care Energizer to join our Customer Success organization at our HQ in Esbjerg. 

You bring solid technical expertise within cloud technologies, licensing, and processes. A background from a distributor or MSP is a strong advantage, while knowledge of Adobe and Acronis is an extra bonus. 

As a Partner Care Energizer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support and ensuring that our partners receive timely, structured, and professional assistance across our cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

Complex Support & Technical Problem Solving 

Resolve advanced technical and licensing-related issues, primarily within Microsoft (Azure, M365, and Dynamics) 

Perform thorough problem analysis and ensure lasting solutions 

Document solutions and best practices for internal knowledge sharing 

Handle cases that require a deeper understanding of cloud platforms and partner ecosystems 

Partner Solution Advisory & Business Value Creation 

Translate complex Microsoft rules and technical topics into clear, actionable recommendations for partners 

Advise partners on optimization, security, product choices, and compliance 

Identify opportunities for optimization, efficiency improvements, and potential upsell/cross-sell 

Join partner dialogues where technical expertise is needed to support business decisions 

Deliver a strong partner experience 


Act as a reliable point of contact for partners throughout the support process 

Ensure clear and proactive communication in both Danish and English 

Manage expectations and ensure high partner satisfaction 

Contribute to a consistent and professional Partner Care experience 

Your Qualifications

  • Strong technical understanding — especially within the cloud ecosystem, combined with a curiosity to continuously learn and develop. 

  • Solid knowledge of Azure and M365 licensing, or motivation to develop within this area. 

  • Fluent in Danish with strong written and verbal English skills. 

  • Experienced with technical support and partner/customer communication, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear, simple, and structured way. 

  • Good commercial understanding of licensing models, margins, and partner business structures. 

  • Background from an MSP or cloud distributor — knowledge of Adobe, Acronis & Dropbox is a plus. 

  • Structured and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. 

  • Thrives in an international environment with cross-market collaboration.
