Your customers can run 25 Copilot licences free for 30 days. There is one trial per customer, so there is no second attempt.
Day 0
25 licenses go live
You pick the users and provision the trial. The count cannot be changed and the trial cannot be extended.
Week 1
The week that decides it
If people get real value in the first week, they keep going. If nothing happens, the licences sit unused and the customer quietly concludes Copilot was not for them.
Day 30
The trial converts
Unless you cancel, the licences switch to paid, and you get 7 days to change your mind. Seven days is not long to defend value nobody built.

Co-op funding
Your Microsoft co-op funds, the marketing and development funds you earn as a partner, can be used on these packages. Toolpack and Cloud Factory handle the claim paperwork between us.

The honest version. How much is covered depends on the funds you have available, and not every partner has them. Ask us before you commit to anything and we will check your balance first. If there is nothing there, the prices above are the prices, and they are still worth a conversation.
