Can I join just one evening?
Yes. Pick as many or as few as you like. Just remember to sign up using our form here.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes. Sign them up too via the form, so there's a seat with their name on it.
How many seats are there?
Each evening are exclusive with room for up to 20-30 guests.
Seats go to the first partners who sign up, so sign up early.
What if my plans change?
Tell your Cloud Factory account manager at least 24 hours before the activity starts. Then there's no charge.
Is there a no-show fee?
We pay for every seat in advance. Cancel at least 24 hours before the activity starts if your plans change.
If you don't show up without cancelling, we charge €99 per activity in no-show fee.
What if Cloud Factory cancels an activity?
Then there's no fee, of course. That includes Thursday, which isn't confirmed yet. We'll let you know by email if anything changes.
