Are you an exceptionally organized, proactive, and solution-oriented Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at supporting senior leadership? Do you have the ability to create clarity, drive progress, and act as a strategic partner to multiple C-level executives?
We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to play a pivotal role in enabling our leadership team to operate at maximum efficiency within our rapidly growing 75-person tech organization.

Executive & Calendar Management
Proactively manage, prioritize, and coordinate complex and dynamic calendars for four C-level executives, resolving scheduling conflicts before they arise.
Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring executive time is allocated to the most critical business matters.
Conserve executive time by handling correspondence, collecting and analyzing information, and initiating communication as needed.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with senior management, board members, and external partners with discretion and professionalism.
Manage and prioritize a high volume of emails, calls, and requests to ensure prompt and effective follow-up.
Meeting & Document Preparation
Prepare and coordinate meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, minutes, and reports.
Attend key leadership meetings as required to capture minutes and track follow-up actions.
Organize and prepare materials for board meetings via BetterBoard, in collaboration with the Chair of the Board.
Strategic & Project Support
Support special projects and strategic initiatives through research, coordination, and administrative oversight.
Manage internal initiatives and follow-ups on behalf of the executive team.
Anticipate the needs of the executives, identify opportunities for efficiency, and provide proactive support.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity.
Travel Management
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, logistics, and accommodation for all executives.
