Cloud Factory acquires Frontline, Norway’s largest Adobe distributor, as part of its strategy to become Europe’s most focused and partner-friendly cloud distributor.
The move comes just a few days after Cloud Factory sold off its hosting business to go all-in on cloud distribution.
- First, we narrowed our focus by selling our hosting business. Now we’re expanding our offering to partners with Adobe, one of the strongest cloud brands in the world, says Jacob Schaumann Schmidt, CEO at Cloud Factory.
Frontline brings deep expertise and a strong position in the Norwegian market, especially within Adobe, which is known for its industry-leading creative tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Acrobat.
- We’re excited to join forces with Cloud Factory, says Rainer Fosse, CEO at Frontline.
- We share the same values around helping local MSPs grow their businesses by providing great service and great cloud solutions.
The acquisition grows Cloud Factory’s footprint to more than 700 MSPs across Europe, with expected gross revenue of over €100 million next fiscal year.
- Our goal is to set the standard for support, cloud solutions, and a platform that just works. Everything we do is about making life easier for IT partners and MSPs.

The Standard
MSPs are stuck with outdated platforms to deal with new and constantly evolving cloud solutions. We are here to challenge business as usual in cloud distribution – giving MSPs the time to grow their business.
