Marketing Manager

Join Cloud Factory in Esbjerg as our new Marketing Manager.

You’ll lead the execution of B2B campaigns, events, and marketing coordination across our international markets, focused on attracting and supporting IT partners. 

You’ll help bring marketing plans to life across channels such as email, webinars, events, and partner co-marketing. You’ll be a key member of our group marketing team, working closely with our agencies and collaborating with sales teams across our international offices.

You’re structured and efficient, with a focus on delivering high-quality work and making sure tasks are completed on time.

Responsibilities

Campaign planning and execution

You help plan, coordinate, and follow up on multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns across email, paid channels, webinars, and content. You’ll ensure global plans are activated locally and track progress and results along the way.

Webinars and physical events 

You’ll lead the planning and logistics for webinars and events, both in Denmark and across our markets, working closely with our local teams, agencies and vendors.

Partner marketing

You’ll take the lead on coordinating marketing activities with key vendors like Microsoft, Acronis and others, ensuring we activate partner budgets and drive shared success.

Content production coordination

You can produce marketing content yourself (emails, landing pages, presentations, etc.), but also know how to brief and collaborate with agencies when needed. You’ll also help plan and produce partner video cases across markets.

Marketing operations and execution

You’ll manage tasks like updating website content, setting up email nurturing flows, and supporting the day-to-day execution of campaigns and marketing activities.

Local coordination and ad hoc support

You’ll lead regular check-ins with our local marketing contacts to ensure alignment and follow-up. You’ll also handle a variety of ad hoc marketing needs and jump in where needed to keep things moving.

Marketing at Cloud Factory

You’ll report directly to the CMO and become part of a small HQ marketing team based in Esbjerg. While we offer flexibility, you’ll be expected to work primarily from our Esbjerg office as part of the team.

We expect that you

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with clear impact on results.
  • Are structured, efficient, and get things done with high attention to detail.
  • Enjoy planning, following up, and driving tasks to completion.
  • Can produce content yourself but also know when and how to brief and manage agencies.
  • Thrive in a hands-on role with a mix of coordination, execution, and follow-up.
  • Are fluent in Danish and English.
